New Numbers:
If you are having new numbers, all you need to do is choose them, we can tell you what is available for the dialling codes you would like including memorable numbers.
Keeping Your Old Number
If you are keeping any of your old numbers we need to request that they are ported from your current supplier. Usually our customers just keep their main company numbers as there is a small porting fee of £20 per number (maximum charge £150)
Phones
There is a selection of phones on our website but there is a large selection that will work with our system. The Yealink T41 and T42 are the most popular all rounder chosen for offices.
Once you have chosen your phones and numbers we place the order and the phones are delivered to us. We configure them to the service and send them out to you for next day delivery.
When you receive the phones they will be labelled with their direct dial numbers. You simply plug them in to an Ethernet port and use them. If Ethernet connections are at a premium they can be daisy chained in with your PCs
